Trends in retail – from insight to action

We start with a compact trend update on current developments in the DIY market.
We work in rotating groups on three different trends to examine them in terms of:
- What do the trends mean for our sales channel?
- How can we use the trends to our advantage and for our brand?
- What changes will these trends bring?
Finally, the moderators will present the results – concrete takeaways that can be directly applied to countries and markets.

Cost allocation
The costs of the K-Retail are always distributed as follows:
Travel and accommodation costs are funded by the participants themselves. The accommodation costs are to be paid on site. All other costs of the event are initially paid by the organizing country and the passed on to the respective participants via the internal cost allocation.
